KHI F5 Real World Testing

KHI F5: 18 Months and 20,000 km of Real-World Testing
Every motorcycle helmet has a service life, which is why manufacturers continuously introduce new models with improvements in safety, construction, comfort and overall performance.
For MOTOSIKALISME, the KHI F5 Modular was put through an extended real-world evaluation rather than simply being used for occasional rides.
The testing period began in January 2025 and continued through June 2026 — approximately 18 months of continuous use.
During this period, the F5 accumulated more than 20,000 km across 25 Endurance Ride episodes, covering a wide range of motorcycles, from small-capacity kapchai models to full-sized superbikes.

Moving to the KHI F6
From June 2026, MOTOSIKALISME begins using KHI’s latest modular helmet, the KHI F6.
The F6 represents a new generation of the modular helmet, featuring changes to its construction, shell, exterior design and interior finishing.
It also brings an important safety upgrade, moving from the ECE R22.05 certification of the F5 to the newer ECE R22.06 standard.
After 18 months and more than 20,000 km with the F5, the transition to the F6 marks the beginning of the next long-term real-world evaluation.
The F5 has had its test. Now, the F6 takes over.
